Disclaimers

Readings are conducted both in person and online. Readings and times may vary. Invoices will be sent out every Monday for client bookings up to the following Monday of the week. Payments are due upon receipt before each session with the exception of walk-ins, last minute bookings or cash paying clients at events in order to confirm or guarantee your spot. If Backes Blessings has made a maximum of 3 attempts via email, text and/or call, to get ahold of a customer and that customer does not respond for payment, the session will be canceled and client will be moved onto a waiting list. If cash payment is requested,  the client must put down a non-refundable $25 deposit via card which can be applied at the time of service. If an appointment is canceled within 48 hrs. of the scheduled service, the client has 30 days from cancellation date to fulfill their service or the service becomes invalid and payment is non-refundable. If a client misses their session and is a no-show, there will be no credits or refunds issued. The client must repay the entire amount owed for any session if they choose to rebook with Backes Blessings. 

If an individual expects to hear from a certain soul and that soul chooses not to come through during a session, there will be no refunds. Both individual and group readings do not guarantee souls will come through for everyone. You are also paying for the experience.

Prices for each individual may vary depending on group size. 

There is a 30-day grace period after a session package expiration date due to unforeseen schedule changes and circumstances both on the client and coaches availability. Session times may vary. Group sessions and workshop times will vary depending on the group size and length of sessions (day, weekend, etc.) Gift cards and coupons cannot be combined and must be booked and used by expiration date. Payments are due one week before coaching  services of any kind. Coaching package payments can be arranged upon Backes Blessings individual discretion which would be discussed at the time of booking. Once services are rendered, all sales are final and no refunds will be given to unsatisfactory expectations by the client(s).

Gift certificates must be booked and completed by their expiration date. There will be no exceptions.

Recipients may regift a gift certificate to anyone of their choosing and must notify Backes Blessings of this change. You must include the full name and contact number of the recipient. These changes will only be valid once Backes Blessings has contacted and booked the new recipient. New recipients are NOT allowed to regift their gift certificate to anyone else. This is a one-time courtesy.

If the gift certificate recipient does not show up for their appointment, Backes Blessings will consider it a no-show and therefore the gift certificate will become null and void.

It is the sole responsibility of any contest or raffle winners to contact Backes Blessings in order to schedule a session. That session MUST be completed by the expiration date listed.

Winners are NOT allowed to give their winnings to anyone else. It is solely for the person who wins any contest, raffle, or giveaway from Backes Blessings.
